Welcome to my page! I’m Kelly Willey, a proud Baltimore native with a deep-rooted passion for real estate and a lifelong dedication to learning and growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Towson University, my career took a fascinating turn when I ventured into the real estate world in 1989. That year, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year, a testament to my commitment and drive.

 

Over the decades, I’ve built a diverse and successful career in real estate, flipping houses and investing with an eye for opportunity and innovation. Today, I’m the proud Broker and Owner of Coco Plum Real Estate and Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. My role allows me to guide clients through their real estate investment journeys, while also pursuing new business ventures within the industry.

 

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve raised four wonderful children and am now blessed with two grandchildren who bring immense joy to my life. When I’m not serving my clients or exploring new business opportunities, you’ll find me cruising the world with my husband of over 30 years and fellow real estate Broker, Jim Willey. We love to explore new places, foods, concerts and cultures together. We are very grateful for the life we share here in the Florida Keys and the places, people and food we have shared around the world.

 

In addition to my real estate endeavors, I’m deeply passionate about giving back. I actively support foreign missions and initiatives to help the less fortunate, believing that service to others enriches our lives and communities.
